Can not use application as inapp shop is not working. I need map of Ukraine!

Where is map Ukraine?

This app contains navi for Western Europe only. Youd be better off buying a cheaper app of Western Europe or Eastern Europe.

I cant download map of Ukraine again!!!:(((((( update dont help :(((

Cant download anything from igo shop. "Downloading of packages has been interrupted".

It is not working with iOS 7.0.4;(

very frustrating. it does not seem calibrated for this screen, even after so many months after the retina mini was released.

It is no serious in 2014 almost 90% of the maps in the app to be from 2012. They are lots of missing POI, addresses, roads, and highways. And still, the Bulgarian map is from MMCN /2012/ not from Navteq!!! Still you can not search Blocks! Get Sygic or Garmin if you want something up to date, for less money and better content.

Please update the maps!

When to expect map update???

The program was updated in last year

Updates are soooo sloooow. Maybe once a year! Still no support for iphone 6

1., There is NO way to make backup of the Favorites you store. So in case you take your iphone to service or move to an other iphone device, all Favorites will be lost, and this is a BiG problem. 2., There are no UI updates, 2 years old! 3. I had contacted the support several times, in the last 3 years, and they clearly dont take care about to improove this app. 4. Still no iphone 6 and 6+ support. Simple dont buy.

I had lots of trouble enabling the maps after in-app purchase changes. Those "Apply changes" after download was the key, but if you dont do it then for some reason, I have no idea how to apply downloaded maps later. UX for downloading maps fail

All maps dissapeared from the app two times! Pretty inconvenient when you find out just when you are about to go on a trip. One time Spain map disappeared. I learnt about it just when I entered Spain.

terrible update, there is no maps for my region, before this update everything was working perfectly.

The new update they deleted the S. Europe map and wont more money to buy again !!! Dont buy the app !!!

Bought originally thinking it could be good. It was, for about 1 month. Then they introduced updates which either crashed constantly or which had to be constantly downloaded. When I reached out for support, it literally took me 2 months to even get a reply !!!!! Their excuse was that they were busy. Seriously. Totally unprofessional given the cost. Really, no need to support a crap service with total amateurs posing as a business.

It is not up to date, for example now (jan 2016) in some countries they are using 2014 q2 data, no more words :(
